1. Which loans does eny Credit offer?
eny offers cash loans that are not tied to a specific purpose. Up to and including CHF 80’000 they are in principle subject to the Swiss Consumer Credit Act (KKG), unless another statutory exception applies. Loans above CHF 80’000 do not, in principle, fall within its scope.

| Annual percentage rate | 4.90 % – 9.90 %, depending on creditworthiness |

Which rate within this range applies to you only emerges from the assessment of your credit capacity and creditworthiness. A best rate cannot seriously be promised without that assessment.
3. Who can apply for a loan?
Requirements
- Residence in Switzerland
- Employment as an employee (income from salaried employment)
- Swiss citizenship or residence permit B or C
- Legal age (18 years)
Not possible
- Self-employed and freelance workers
- People without earned income
- Residence abroad, residence categories other than B or C
- Business loans — for companies there is the separate offer SME financing
We say this openly because it saves both sides time. The requirements are the condition for an assessment, not for approval: every application is assessed individually.
4. How does the application work?
- Complete the application — online and without obligation.
- Provisional decision — usually within around 3 minutes. It is not yet a credit commitment.
- Final assessment — your details and documents are assessed in full. With KKG loans the credit capacity assessment is required by law; it assumes repayment within 36 months.
- Offer and contract — you receive an individual offer showing your annual percentage rate, your monthly instalment and the total costs.
With a KKG contract the withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of the copy of the contract. Details: Online loan: application, assessment, payout.
5. What does a loan cost?
The annual percentage rate contains all costs of the loan and is the central standardised basis for comparison. In addition, compare the term, the monthly instalment and the total amount.
Two ways to see the figure for your situation:
- Loan calculator: work out the monthly instalment and the total costs
- Loan comparison: work out the savings potential against your current rate
The representative example is shown under “Mandatory information”.
6. Which rights do you have as a borrower?
For loans that are subject to the KKG, the following apply among others:
- Withdrawal from KKG contracts — within 14 days of receiving the copy of the contract, without giving reasons.
- Early repayment — possible at any time; you do not pay interest for the part of the term you no longer use.
- Protection against over-indebtedness — the credit capacity assessment is a duty of the lender. Granting credit is prohibited if it leads to the over-indebtedness of the consumer. The German version of this notice is legally binding.

7. Which calculator matches your question?
| Your question | Calculator |
|---|---|
| How high will my monthly instalment be? | Loan calculator |
| What will the interest cost me over the term? | Interest calculator |
| Is it worth replacing my existing loan? | Loan replacement calculator |
| Loan or leasing for a vehicle? | Leasing calculator |
All calculators are non-binding, free of charge and can be used without registration. They do not trigger a credit enquiry and therefore no entry with the Central Office for Credit Information (ZEK).
Representative example: CHF 35'000 over 60 months
| Annual percentage rate | Monthly instalment | Total interest costs | Total amount |
|---|---|---|---|
| 4.90 % | CHF 657.18 | CHF 4'431.01 | CHF 39'431.01 |
| 9.90 % | CHF 734.68 | CHF 9'080.61 | CHF 44'080.61 |
Example based on the best credit rating. The rate depends on your credit assessment and is generally higher; only your individual offer is binding.
